Meditation focused wellness sessions increase awareness, offers improved perspective by calming feelings of angst and regulating emotional reactivity.
Our meditation wellness sessions are centered around providing practical techniques that offer a sense of calming internal balance that benefit overall health and well-being.

Our yoga focused wellness sessions concentrate on yoga lifestyle practices, specifically engaging asana (poses) to help connect you with your inner dialogue in effort to release what is no longer serving your purpose.
Please bring your yoga mat and a bottle of water. If you need to borrow a yoga mat - no worries, just let us know when you arrive at the studio.
Everyone is welcome - from the first-time participant to the experienced yogi.
