Our focus is on helping you accept yourself and your current reality while also embracing the desire to make healthy and positive changes. We aim to offer a variety of skills and techniques to help you manage your emotions, improve your relationships and live a more fulfilling life.
Meditation aims to focus the mind while relaxing the body. Learning meditative practices increases awareness, offers improved perspective, calms feelings of angst and helps to regulate emotional reactivity.
We incorporate meditation into our wellness sessions to provide practical techniques that offer a sense of calming internal balance which benefits your overall health and well-being.

Our wellness sessions are centered around yoga lifestyle practices, including engaging asana (poses). We aim to help connect you with your inner dialogue in effort to identify and release what is no longer serving your purpose.
